Guidelines for healthy living

There is an increasing prevalence of obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and some cancers in all countries world wide due to poor physical health. 3.Reduce caffeine. This substance may aggravate anxiety, insomnia, nervousness and trembling.
4.Avoid alcohol and drugs. These substances may add to headaches and swelling, decrease coping mechanisms and add to depression.
5.Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
6.Spend time each day with at least one relaxation technique-imagery, daydreaming, prayer, yoga or meditation.
7.And lastly, go for a walk following the suggestions above.
